Getting the Umbra Stand is a long and tedious process that involves a lot of steps. I have simplified each one of them below. Just follow the given methods, and you will be good to go.

1. Meet Umbra NPC : Firstly, you have to meet the Umbra NPC in the Floating Village(recommended level 90). You can reach the Floating Village by passing through the waterfall/bridge in the northwestern part of the map. Here, you will find him at the northern end of the town, as shown in the above image.
