To upgrade to Skilled Stylist, you'll need 600 daily wishes total. Since you can only get 500 per day, this means you'll need to play the game for at least two days in order to meet this requirement. To get a new bike, you can visit a whimcycle rental and pay the 200 Bling fee to get a new one. At this point, the bike you already have will despawn and you'll instantly get a new ride.
