Poppy Playtime is one of the most popular horror franchises, with an ever-expanding lore with every DLC iteration. With the newest introduction of the Chapter 4 DLC, tons of secrets have been added to the game. These include secret rooms, easter eggs, and much more. These secrets can be tough to notice, so to help you with that, here's a complete list of every hidden secret in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.
Location: Inside Tunnel, Around Critters.
How To Get: Grab the tape using either arm, during Doey Chase.
The mysterious and untitled Red Tape has been one of the most fan-favorite hidden secrets in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 . This hints towards Huggy Wuggy's involvement in the sequel chapter of Poppy Playtime.
Location: At the end of the Corridor, inside the Prison
How to enter: Place the 'P' symbol slabs on the sockets.
When finding your way out of the Prison, you might notice an odd door at the end of the corridor with a huge sign on the top. That door actually leads to a secret room with peculiar designs and the Yellow VHS tape , that you can collect. You can open the door by collecting the slabs with the 'P' symbol on them, hidden in the nearby rooms.
One of the most captivating easter egg in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 are the cutouts. There are multiple cutouts of various animatronics , each having its own set of pre-recorded lines. There are currently eight cutouts, so here's each of the animatronic cutouts, and where you can find them:
Location: Inside the facility, after beating Yarnby

To enter this room, you just need to run along the wall, till you eventually find the white door leading to this room. Do note that you will be hunted by Elliot's machines outside.
Location: Behind the Prisoner's cell in the Prison.
How to get: Aim at the dark corner, and grab it with your Blue hand.
